Tplan provides independent advice in the transport sector to public authorities, transport developers and operators, lenders, investors, and International Funding Institutions (IFIs).
We offer market and economic analysis across the life cycle of transport infrastructures from Planning and Feasibility to Financing and Operation. We are also active in the secondary market supporting vendors and buyers with Investment Due Diligences.
We apply transparent analysis approaches and advanced modelling techniques that combine specialised transport software (CUBE, EMME, SATURN, TRANUS, TRANSCAD and VISUM) with custom-built spreadsheet forecast models.
Tplan’s staff is based in Italy and Poland and working languages are English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese.
